How to request removal of your Geetaansh Jewels account data

If you used Geetaansh Jewels through our website, app, or a connected platform (such as Facebook Login), you can request that we delete the personal data associated with your account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to privacy@geetaanshjewels.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include the name and email address linked to your account, and (if applicable) your Facebook user ID or the email used with Facebook Login.
  3. Confirm that you want your Geetaansh Jewels account and related personal data deleted.
  4. We will verify your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, or accounting reasons (for example completed order records required by law).
  5. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete, or if we need more information to process your request.

What gets deleted

  • Account profile information (name, email, phone, address)
  • App / login connection data we store from platforms you authorized
  • Support messages and preferences tied to your account, where applicable

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required by law (tax/order records), to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

Facebook / Meta users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Geetaansh Jewels access from your Facebook account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. After removing the app from Facebook, follow the email steps above so we can delete data stored on our side.
